Transformative Breathwork

Book a session

These sessions are held both in person and online. We will begin with an orienting session of 20 minutes to assess where you’re currently at and where you need support. You will then be given an overview of the meditative breathwork practice and what to expect.

Following this, you will lie down on a yoga mat and place an eye mask on. A carefully-curated playlist custom to your journey will accompany your experience. The period of active breathing is followed by an extended savasana or lying down portion to integrate what is revealed to you during your session. Following savasana, we’ll discuss what came up for you and next steps to continue your integration and healing.
